That time of year again, Friends and Fan's Photos! Summer Beer Pic's!

Well, its that time of year again, it's summer time! Everyone (well, almost  everyone's) favorite time of year. The days are getting warmer, and they are getting longer, making this a perfect time of year to get together and enjoy everyone's favorite beverage!

These are some of the most popular reoccurring posts we do. From time to time, we like to collect photos from our friends, family, fans, readers, or sometimes I will grab some cool photos from beer sites I read and get permission to post some. These seem to get more and more popular, and better every time we do them, with the summer beer photos being among the best, as well as the most popular of the "friends and fans photos" posts that we do.

Since this is only mid June, and for many, the summer has just begun, we will be accepting and collecting photos for at least the next month or so, with plans on posting the photos maybe around mid Aug. I know I am spending a week this July in San Diego, and plan on taking TONS of pics of me enjoying beer while amidst various summer time recreational pursuits!


So, if you have a pic of you, with a beer while enjoying a bbq, pool party, beach day, camping, boating, hiking, gardening, reading a book on the patio, whatever, we want to see it.

There are a few rules however. Those rules are...

1.) You must either appear in the photo, or have taken the photo (or at least know who did, no pulling random pic's off the net please).

2.) There must be a beer in the photo. However, it doesn't have to be craft, Bud, Miller, whatever you drink, it just has to be beer.

3.) The photos must be taken during the summer. You don't have to be at the beach, or hiking, just enjoying that beer during the summer months.

That's it!

So, if/when you take that special photo, and would like to share it with us, you can get it to us one of a few ways.

Find us on Facebook here, and send it to us there, or just tag us in
the photo (like us while you are there if you haven't already!)

If you have my phone number, you text me too...but I won't give that out.

Friends and Fan Photos "Summer Beer Pic's"!!!! (might be considered NSFW....;-)

Well, summer is in its final weeks (at least for most of the country anyway....), so we can think of no more perfect time to post the summer beer pictures we've been collecting all summer!

What follows is a collection of photos I've received from some family, friends, and fans all summer. Some of them I know very well, some I went to high school, or college with, some, I've never met, but read this blog and wanted to send in a photo to participate. So, please, enjoy, and if you have any great summer beer photos, by all means, you can still send them in (thebeerczar@gmail.com) to us, and we would be more then happy to add them to this post. (if you sent me one, and I forgot to post it, please let me know, and I will add it immediately)

My good friend and co-worker Chris sent me a pic of his favorite summer time activity, brewing! This is a pic of his system, brewing up a Peach Smash, made with Chinook and Maris Otter malts, then added peaches during 2nd fermentation for 5 day. Can't wait to try it!

This one came to me from a reader in Canada, that wished to remain nameless. This was taken this passed July, of his wife, while they were on their honeymoon, "south of the border", which, I guess means, they were anywhere from Mexico, to Argentina, but I am lead to believe this was somewhere in Mexico. Great photo...not sure what kind of beer she is drinking, but I love the outfit...
